As the Assistant Vice President of Facilities Management, Anil Wadhwani ensures the consistency of all building operations, capital improvements and infrastructure projects for Samaritan Daytop Village. He also oversees preventive maintenance, building appearance, and maintenance contracts for 60+ facilities across 10 counties.

Mr. Wadhwani possesses more than 30 years of experience in building design, construction and maintenance with New York City government agencies. At the New York City Housing Authority, he worked in a series of progressively responsible roles – from Assistant Mechanical Engineer to Deputy Director in the Capital Projects Division.

Most recently, Mr. Wadhwani was Director of Design and Construction for the New York City Department of Homeless Services. While there, he managed the agency’s 10-year, $500-million city capital budget for an impressive 100+ capital projects.

Mr. Wadhwani has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
